The Small Sciences Symposium event
We were given a booklet which shows the schedule of the programme, the background of the relevant institutes as well as the profile and research topic of the speakers. After that, we proceed to witness the opening ceremony of the event, that is graced by various distinguished guests giving their speeches. The atmosphere was truly magnificent, with the posters at one side for viewing by the panel and audience later .

The program went on with various professors and doctors presenting on their research and findings. However, we left halfway through the symposium. Even though we had spent a relatively short period of time at the venue, it was truly another refreshing experience to be amongst the scientific community as well as others whom may have the same interest as us to know more about the latest developments in the field of science .
Later on, our mentor informed us that there is a need to modify his paper back in college, so we will be making our way back to NTU tomorrow to view what he has in store for us .
So stay tuned !
Hi to both of you,
ReplyDeleteWill there be a chance of you getting the prestigous Small Young Innovator Award in the future as well?
=)
Through this symposium, we realized and understood the hardship that must be under taken to be able to attain this prestigious award.Although we are still young, nonetheless, there is still the chance of us being able to get the award,as long as we put our heart to it,and strive to bring Singapore to the next level of science in the world. With support from our teachers, and diligence from within,we believe that in time to come, not only us, but also others, will have the chance of getting the prestigious Small Young Innovator Award~ (:
DeleteGood luck and all the best then!
