The program continued with more presentations which are seperated into two parallel sessions, in which we attended the talks on " Graphene / Materials for Energy". It began with Dr. Cinzia Casiraghi from the University of Manchester presenting on "Materials in the Flatland: Graphene and other 2-dimensional crystals", where she focused on the properties of Graphene, and also the potential of Graphene in future elctronics.

The day continued with many more experts presenting about their findings. As JC students, the amount of knowledge we were able to absorb were minimal, due to the lack in understanding of many different terms and background knowledge. However, the most important takeaway from this workshop was the learning experience and the inspiration through interacting with some of the post-doctorate students there.
